Ministry Teams at Emmanuel 2009-2010

Each year, Emmanuel puts together a number of student teams that travel to various churches (typically in Ontario), sharing music, drama, testimonies, vacation Bible School programming, and more. Additionally, EBC puts together a Christmas performance and a Valentines performance demonstrating student talent while celebrating faith. Early in September each year, there is a day for auditions held in the chapel. All are invited to try-out and most find an opportunity in one role or another. For more information, e-mail Ryan Erb.

Aspire

Aspire: To long, aim, or seek ambitiously.  The archaic usage is to soar.   Aspire longs for God, and seeks to be like Him.

This team is a group of EBC students, and a staff member who have put together a worship service they would love to share with you.  The group includes student musicians for worship through song, as well as a student preacher.  We have also sought to include student testimonies.  Our primary area is Sunday morning services, and our hope is that together we can meet with our God.  We also desire that you will gain a new appreciation for the education offered at EBC by worshiping with our Students.

For a tentative order of service, please contact Tabitha Edgar

Infusion

TEAM INFUSION is a group of 5 enthusiastic EBC students who are eager to encourage youth in their relationship with God. This year, the team is running with a theme of IDENTITY, particularly the contrast between what the media says we should be and who GOD has called us to be. The core of the theme will be explained in light of passages of Scripture like Galatians 5:19-25 (GOD’S FRUIT); 1 Corinthians 13 (LOVE); and others.
