Youth Initiatives Program Coordinator

Athletes in Action is a Christina organization that exists to help people know Jesus and experience his power to change the world through sport. Our staff are considered local missionaries who trust God to provide for their needs to raising up a team of ministry partners who give financially and prayerfully.

The AIA Youth Initiatives Program Coordinator will work to fulfill the mission of Athletes in Action by assisting the Regional Director in the implementation of Action Camps and/or Action Clubs and/or other community based sports initiatives. This person must have a heart to see youth experience the love of Jesus, to see coaches and other volunteers discipled in their faith, and a heart to partner with the local church to see communities impacted by the gospel. They are to assist in the areas of: the execution of sport initiatives; the maintaining and tracking of relationships with local churches and community sports groups; the administrative support necessary to carry out an Action Camp and/or Club program.
