Employment Type: Full-Time—Internship (30 hours a week: Sunday to Thursday, some Fridays & Saturdays)

Overview
Glencairn Church is looking for two youth and/or young adults to offer leadership and oversight to the children, youth, and administration ministries while also experiencing leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Youth Ministry (5 hrs per week)
- Vacation Bible Camp (40 hrs in July)
- Children’s Ministry (15 hrs per week)
- Bridges Food & Clothing Program (5 hrs per week)
- Administration (5-10 hrs per week)
- Other Tasks (5-10 hrs per week)
Skills and Experience
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Must embrace the Confession of Faith of the Mennonite Brethren Church
- Experience working with children and youth in a ministry context
- Experience working with diverse individuals and teams of volunteers
- Experience in helping organize events
- Willingness and open to learn
Compensation: Hourly wage (30 hours per week at minimum wage—$15.50/hour)
