The Change Conference Customer Service Representative with Change Conference will assist with promotion and communication related to Change Conference. Execution of Change Conference promotional plan. Assist with day-to-day office functions, providing detailed reporting. Establish relationships within the Christian community on behalf of Change Conference and communicate effectively.

POSITION TYPE: Summer Staff (25 hours/week)
DATES: June 1 2023 – August 31, 2023

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

SPIRITUAL & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Is a faithful and a contributing member of a local church.
Prays for and with the YFC Canada Team.
Spends time in spiritual reflection and development.

SUPPORT OPERATIONS & ENGAGEMENT
Execution of promotional plan for Change Conf Toronto and Change Conf Ottawa.
Responsible for calling/emailing and respective correspondence for all provinces and territories.
Research new churches in Canada, adding names and contacts to the database accurately.
Assist with establishing good relationships and noting/recording key area leaders.
Assist with the coordination of 40 Days of Prayer for Change Conference.
Assist with event registration and data management procedures for Change Conference.
Assist with volunteer organization, training and recruitment as needed.
Perform database maintenance and schedule sorting and confirmation of contacts; re-engagement letters, unresponsive contacts, incorrect emails etc.
Liaise with community to gather giveaways and free resources for the events.
Establish important business partnerships on behalf of Change Conf.
Administrative tasks relating to the planning of events and programs for 2023 and other responsibilities as assigned.

PARTNER DEVELOPMENT
Gather financial and prayer support for Change Conference. Raise $1800 towards the ministry of Change Conference.
Build a base of prayer partners and keep them updated through regular communications and prayer request.
