Expedition

Expedition – “Journey with Purpose” – is a one-semester discipleship, service and missions program. A cohort-based experience for recent high school graduates (18-24 age range), it connects young adults with Jesus, and with real people who are already serving him in their local neighbourhoods, through various Christian ministries, or all around the world.

Expedition students discover their gifts, team and leadership principles, as well as God’s invitation to surrender life choices to him. All of this happens in the context of serving the urban poor (Ontario & USA), seminars from ministry leaders, retreat service opportunities, and engaging in mission across the world. The final 6 weeks of program takes place on a cross-cultural missions trip. During the program all Expedition students live full-time in residence unless they are travelling with the team; and are actively involved in student and community life within the context of the College. Students also have the option of making Expedition a full year experience by taking Expedition-Plus, which adds an in-class semester of foundational courses to their program.
